Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 July 2026

This policy explains what personal data hub.bratucapital.com collects, why, who it is shared with, and the rights you hold over it. It is written for a European audience and reflects the standards of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR.

1. Who we are

hub.bratucapital.com (the "Hub") is a marketing and informational website of Bratu Capital, operated in collaboration with NEBA (BVI) Ltd. Bratu Capital operates from the Philippines. This website does not provide regulated financial services, and nothing on it constitutes a personal recommendation or an offer to buy or sell any financial product.

For the personal data described in this policy, Bratu Capital acts as the data controller. If you have any question about this policy or about how your data is handled, contact us at info@bratucapital.com.

2. The information we collect

Information you give us

  • Newsletter and email capture. When you subscribe to The Expat Edge or request a guide, we collect the email address you provide, along with any name you choose to give, and a record of the page you subscribed from.
  • Enquiries and messages. If you contact us through the chat widget, by email, or by booking a call, we collect the contact details and the content of what you send us so we can respond.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Hub, certain data is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies:

  • Usage and analytics data such as pages viewed, time on page, referring site, approximate location, device and browser type.
  • Behavioural data such as anonymised recordings of how pages are used, including clicks and scrolling, to help us improve the site.
  • Advertising and measurement data used to understand how visitors reach the site and to measure the performance of our marketing.
  • Technical log data such as your IP address and request information, processed by our hosting and content delivery provider to keep the site secure and available.

3. How we use your information, and our legal basis

Under the GDPR we must have a lawful basis for using your data. The bases we rely on are:

  • Consent. To send you the newsletter and marketing emails, and to set non-essential analytics and advertising cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legitimate interests. To keep the site secure, understand at a basic level how it is used, and improve it, in a way that does not override your rights.
  • Taking steps at your request. To respond to an enquiry or arrange a call you have asked for.

We use the data to deliver the newsletter and any guide you request, respond to your enquiries, measure and improve the Hub, and understand which channels bring people to the site. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Cookies and tracking technologies

The Hub uses a small number of third-party technologies. Some are essential to serving the site; others are used only for analytics and marketing and rely on your consent.

  • Google Analytics 4 (Google) for aggregate site analytics.
  • Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) for anonymised session and behaviour analytics.
  • Meta Pixel (Meta) for advertising measurement and retargeting.
  • Cloudflare for hosting, content delivery, and security.
  • LeadConnector chat widget for the on-site messaging tool.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on. Blocking non-essential cookies will not stop you using the site. Where required, we will ask for your consent before non-essential cookies are set.

5. Who we share your data with

We share personal data only with the service providers that help us run the Hub, and only so they can perform that service for us. These include:

  • Google and Microsoft for analytics.
  • Meta for advertising measurement.
  • Cloudflare for hosting and delivery.
  • Our customer relationship and email platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), which stores newsletter subscriptions and enquiries.
  • NEBA (BVI) Ltd, where an enquiry relates to a service delivered in collaboration with them.

We may also disclose data where we are required to by law.

International transfers

Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside those areas, we rely on the safeguards those providers put in place, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, to keep your data protected.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards. Analytics data is retained according to the default settings of the analytics providers listed above.

7. Your rights

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the following rights over your personal data:

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No website or transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we take steps to keep the risk low.

9. Children

The Hub is intended for professional adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18.
